PURPOSE:To eliminate the unevenness in temperature by stirring conditioned air in a large space by a method wherein conditioned air is drawn from an air intake port, and this conditioned air is sent to a horizontal duct from a vertical duct by a blower which is arranged in the vertical duct, and ventilating of the conditioned air is forcibly conducted in the vertical direction. CONSTITUTION:From vent ports 11a and 11b of a package unit 11, conditioned air (a) is sent out to the horizontal direction of a factory. When sent out conditioned air (a) reaches a vertical duct 12, the conditioned air (a) around an air intake port 13 is drawn into the vertical duct 12. Since ventilating of the conditioned air (a) is forciby conducted in the vertical direction, the conditioned air (a) is stirred. In addition, a vent port 15 of a horizontal duct 13 is arranged in a pit 8, the conditioned air (a) can be supplied even under a processing machine, where it cannot be seen from the top. For this reason, it is possible to air-condition a large space by a high temperature accuracy such as approximately + or -0.5-1 deg.C. |
