BUILDING MAINTENANCE CONTROL SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE:To accurately give proper work contents to each worker at each work site by allocating the workers to the work instruction form data for the day based on the information on an attendant worker file and a work instruction form production part for the day and transmitting the corresponding instruction form to each work site. CONSTITUTION:The information on an attendant worker work file 24 for worksite and the information on a work file 16 for work site for the day are inputted to a worker-in-charge decision/instruction form transmission part 30. At the part 30 the workers are allocated to the work instruction form data for the day based on both received information and the corresponding instruction forms are transmitted to the terminal set at each work site. Thus a due instruction forms are already printed out via a printer when the workers attend each work site. As a result, the proper work contents can be accurately given to each worker at each work site.
