<p>The present invention finds a place in the technical field of electronic setting and control equipment for industrial sewing machines and indeed relates to an optoelectronic device for setting the working cycles on industrial sewing machines. The said device has an optical reader for EAN code which, when reading a number of items of information relating to particular working parameters from a table which has been coded according to a precise EAN code, relays these coded data to a microprocessor, which for its part, when processing the said data in a corresponding memory, searches for the sequences of the subroutines which correspond to the said read working parameters in order then to control one or more sewing machines to which it is connected via corresponding interfaces, so that these sewing machines themselves execute all the desired operations which are determined by the working cycle which relate to the parameters read from the EAN code. In addition, the device may be accommodated in the sewing machine itself which is dependent on it, or it may be arranged in a remote position, so that a number of machines belonging to a production chain can be controlled. <IMAGE></p> |
