<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate attachment/detachment of a dust collecting element by housing a frame body as vertically movable in a housing and providing a stopper for frame body and energizing means for stopper in the housing. CONSTITUTION:The dust collecting element 3 is composed of a frame member 31, a laminating layer body 32 housed in the frame member 31, contactor 33 for anode and contactor 34 for ionized wire protruded from the frame member 31 and earth switch 35. The earth switch 35 is linked with movement for taking off the element 3 from an element housing part 28 to short-circuit the contactor 33 for anode and the frame member 31 and charge remaining into the element 3 itself is quickly eliminated. Then, the stopper 4 for frame body is shifted to saving position against a twist spring 5 and the frame body 2 is shifted to the lower position under the condition of permitting taking-out the frame body 2. By this method, the maintenance is facilitated.</p> |
