PURPOSE:To greatly enhance the safety by releasing stoppers of fixed doors to have such a constitution as turning the fixed doors when force stronger than stopping force acts in the direction separated from a door section on the fixed doors of revolving doors. CONSTITUTION:Hands, feet or baggage, etc., are caught between a door 5a and a fixed door 8a, when force stronger than stopping force F is acted thereon, a roller catch 22 of the bottom of the fixed door 8a is separated from a fitting recess 23, and magnets 21 and 21 of a stopper 20 and fixed door 8a are separat ed from each other to turn the fixed door 8a in the direction of the arrow a. The turning is detected to output a stop signal from a controller of a driving section, and the revolution of a door section 3 is stopped by the driving section. In case of a disaster, stoppers of doors 5, 5... are released to fold the doors 5... in the vertical direction. In addition, fixed doors 8, 8... are turned to enlarge an opening area of revolving doors, and a large number of users are passable at one time. |
