PURPOSE:To obtain a plastic enclosure for a serial printer of low cost and non-rigidity deterioration by fixing the lower part of a top cover to a lower cover and connecting the top end of the top cover to the upper end of a frame integrally to reinforce the frame laterally. CONSTITUTION:A top cover 13 is connected to the front and rear of a lower/ part of a lower cover 11 with a screw 1, and the L bottom of a lower part of a frame 12 is connected to the lower cover 11 with a screw. The top of the frame 12 is connected to the top cover 13, and a hole 6 for introduction of a driver is provided on the top cover 13 so as to tighten the screw. Adequate rigidity can be obtained even in an entirely low-priced plastic enclosure, if the frame 12, top cover 13 and lower cover 11 are connected together in a single piece. |
