PURPOSE:To make the thin-walled part of the opposite faces in a side core difficult to break by forming the thin-walled part to one side of the opposite faces positioned to both sides of a recessed part by which the projected parts are formed in the side core and forming a gap so that the thin-walled part is not brought into contact at a time of a molding. CONSTITUTION:A forming mold 21 for forming the molded parts is formed in a movable mold 2. Side cores 3 are provided freely movably to both side parts along a guide rail respectively in both sides of a fixed mold 1. The title molding device is constituted so that a recessed part 32 for forming an undercut is formed in the side cores 3 and a gap (d) is formed to one part 33 of the opposite faces so as to be not directly brought into contact in the position of molding. When a thin-walled part is formed in one side of the opposite faces positioned to both sides of the recessed part in the side cores, the gap is formed so that the thin-walled part is not brought into contact. Thereby, when the side cores are allowed to abut, this part does not collide and can be prevented from being mechanically broken. Durability of the molding device is enhanced. |
