<p>PURPOSE:To use a reset means as a secure runaway detecting means by constituting such that a storage means is set in '2nd state' initially and is not set in '2nd state' when the storage means is set in '1st state' even once with an instruction. CONSTITUTION:The storage means 1 is set in '2nd state' initially and when a reset means is used for runaway detection, the instruction for setting the storage means 1 in '1st state' is executed so that a CPU makes a reset means effective; and than the storage means 1 is set in '1st state' with the output signal (signal line 12) from the CPU. Then the storage means 1 is so constituted that the storage means is not set in '2nd state' whatever state the signal line 12 enters. Consequently, the reset means can be used as the secure runaway detecting means.</p> |
