PURPOSE: To efficiently wrap a coil with a film by folding a slender flexible member on a drum, packing the coil, which is wound around the drum so as to cover an arm, with a plastic film and inverting the arm backward, when the coil is drawn out. CONSTITUTION: A finished member coil 29 is kept between a cut piece 16 and radiating arms 24 and 21. A cross piece 17 is located at a drawing position. By the rotation of an arm 3, a slender winding member is cut with a blade and fixed to the drum. The end of a coil 29 is held with the blade of the drum. A plastic sheet 30 is wound around the coil 29. An inner edge 31 of the package is extended along the circumference corresponding to the cylinder surface formed by a cut piece 16. When the piece 17 is moved into the pulling direction, the arm 21 falls down to the back side, and an inner edge 31 at the outside is separated somewhat from the coil 20. The arm 21 falls down completely and is separated from the packing sheet 30. The sheet 30 is flatly aligned with the coil 29. Finally, a pressure 28 pushes the rear surface of the sheet 30 and pushes out with the rear arm 24. |
