A building comprises a living space surrounded by a roof, peripheral walls and a floor, at least a portion of which is formed into a drainboard floor; a water cistern surrounded by lower peripheral walls under said floor and accumulating therein water for allowing bacteria and aerobic bacteria to breed; a sludge tank communicated with said water cistern at the bottom portion thereof, so that sludge can be discharged into said sludge tank; and, upper air flow openings openably formed in at least one side of said roof and peripheral walls of said living space.
