PURPOSE:To obtain an opthalmologic measurement device which assures the correct opthalmological measurement by carrying out scanning for a measured part by the laser beam in alignment with the equal scan width in measurement, confirming the alignment state by processing the signal supplied from a photoelectric conversion element, and displaying the correctness of alignment. CONSTITUTION:A shutter 15 for slit light is opened, and a list image through a slit 14 is projected on an inspected eye E. The laser beam supplied from a laser light projection part 1 is focused on the light collection point P of the inspected eye E, and a movable mirror 5 is swung through a mirror driving circuit 30 by an input device such as a pushing button switch 5, and the laser beam is deflected at a high speed, and a measured part is scanned, setting the light collection point P as center. Further, during this alignment, a shutter 20 for photomultiplier tube is kept in opened state. The scan width S2 at the measured position is set within a range in about twice of the image in the inspected eye of the width S1 of the aperture 21a of a measuring mask 21. Further, when the measured part is scanned through the deflection of the laser beam, the scanning frequency is set at the high frequency (e.g. 50-60Hz) at least in the degree where flicker is not generated at the measurement position, when observation is carried out through human eyes.
