<p>PURPOSE:To suppress an instantaneous current and to reduce current consumption by providing a precharge transistor (TR) only to an output side of a Y decoder in two way so as to precharge only the output of a selected memory cell array. CONSTITUTION:The two-way performance of a Y decoder is utilized and a precharge TR 40 is provided to an output side only. That is, a precharge signal 300 is inputted to the precharge TR 40 to precharge the output 100. Since only the output of the memory cell array selected by the Y decoder is precharged, an instantaneous current is suppressed and the current consumption is reduced.</p> |
