PURPOSE:To improve the confining property of a seat belt for a crew by providing a pressure accumulator exciting a drive pulley, which is coupled at the middle section of a wire and supported on a frame linearly movably in the tractive direction of the wire, in the tractive direction of the wire with a spring. CONSTITUTION:A buckle 1 for connecting the connecting metal of a seat belt is fixed at the upper end of a support lever 2 coated with a synthetic resin tube on a cable, and a support plate 2a fixed at its lower end is liftably inserted into a sheath-shaped frame 3 fixed to the anchor section of a vehicle body with a bolt 8 along a guide groove 6. A guide pulley 9 is pivotally supported at the lower section of the frame 3, a drive pulley 10 is movably supported along a long groove 13, and a wire 11 connected to the support plate 2a at one end is fixed to the hook section 3a of the frame 3 at the other end via the pulleys 9, 10. The drive pulley 10 is excited by a coil spring 16 in the direction to apply a stretching force to the seat belt. |
