The present invention relates to a double stud for joining any elements whatsoever together so that they touch. This double stud includes two opposite and structurally identical heads (T), each one of which can be inserted into a bore (A) made in the opposing faces of the elements (P1, P2) to be joined together, each head (T) supporting an elastically deformable sleeve (3) and including, especially, a sharp edge (5) and a fillet (11) which, after the sleeve (3) has been inserted into the bore (A), and while the two elements (P1, P2) are being brought together until they are joined up, causes the fastening of the sleeve (3) and therefore of the stud in the bore (A) of each element (P1, P2). This double stud particularly makes it possible to join together sand pieces of a core intended to be inserted into a mould. <IMAGE>
