The invention relates to a device for recovering juice from a rotary wine fermentation tank. According to the invention, the device of the type in question comprises a circular filtration screen (4) driven in rotation by the collar (1) to which it is integrally attached via its periphery, situated in the zone of one of the bases (2) of the vat and intended to allow the juice to pass while retaining the undesirable parts of the grapes, and a fixed scraping arm (5), integrally attached to the fixed part of a rotating joint (3) situated on the axle of the base (2) of the vat, in contact with the surface of the screen and intended to clean the entire said surface during its rotation. The rotating joint also comprises a tube for aspiration (6) of the filtered juice, a degassing tube (7) and the piping (8) for admission of the grapes. <IMAGE>
