(I) of reaction of 0.1-2 mols. of a diphenylamine (II) and/or a phenothiazine (III) with 1 mol. of an isopropenylphenol (IV) and/or a bisphenol (V), in presence of an acid catalyst at 100-300 deg. C, are claimed. The prods. (I) can be modified by reaction with cpds. of formula X(R3-Y) (VIII). R, R1 = H, 1-18C alkyl, 7-10C aralkyl, OH, Cl, with gps. (IIa) and (IIIa) linked to (II) or (III) through R2; R2 = -CH2- or gp.
