The circuit eliminates the instrantaneous DC current generated in a write drive when data is input by operating the write driver operating transistors to have certain duration between turning on the off. The circuit includes, a data receiver for receiving data to be written by chip selection signal, a data input buffer having a delayer for delaying the input data, a write driving circuit for driving the input data, a buffer driver for generating a data input buffer signal to delay the output of the data input buffer, inverters for delaying the data passed through the data input buffer, Nand and Nor gates for processing the data of the data input buffer and the inverter.
