PURPOSE:To make a holding means such as a magnet unnecessary and to attempt to shorten working time by a method wherein a reinforcing member is placed on a step part formed on an end part of a mold of the lower side and molding is performed and after releasing a molded item from the mold, the outer periphery of the reinforcing member is shear-treated. CONSTITUTION:A small recessed part 8 opened in a recessed part 7 is formed in the bottom force 5 and a hard rubber sheet 9 is placed in the small recessed part 8. In addition, a circular step part 12 is formed on an opening end part 11 of the recessed part of the bottom force 5 and after a ring-shaped reinforcing member 14 is placed on this step part 12, a top force 4 is set thereon. A molding space 6 is formed by the top and the bottom forces 4 and 5 and a part of the reinforcing member 14 is projectedly placed in the space 6. Then, a rubber material 15 is injected from an inlet 13 of the top force 4 and the rubber sheet 9 and the rubber material 15 are welded thereby. Then, the top and the bottom forces 4 and 5 are separated and a primary molded item 20 of a reaction disc wherein the outer peripheral part of the reinforcing member 14 is projected from the rubber material 15 is obtd. Thereafter, when the outer peripheral part of the reinforcing member 14 is shear-treated so as to fit it to an aimed shape with an outer diameter, a reaction rubber 30 is obtd. |
