摘要 The arrangement ascertains the three-dimensional form of the surface structure using a light source to illuminate the object at a set angle. An optical receiver has an electronic evaluating device which measures the light received from the object. A reflector is located in the illuminating beam. When examining the reflecting surface of the object the beam is passed from the source to the surface and thence to the reflector, there it is reflected back to the surface before being again reflected back to the optical receiver. The layout has a field lens in the path of the beam either before or after the reflecting surface. A group of objectives is located in front of the optical receiver; an image of the surface is produced in the aperture plane of that group, and an image of the light source is produced on the optical receiver. ADVANTAGE - Produces three-dimensional picture which enables surface finish to be surveyed and its structure to be evaluated.
