PURPOSE:To obtain the heat treatment device for a granular body which can execute easily the heating adjustment by providing a cylindrical container in which a granular body supply port and a granular body discharge port are provided on one of the end parts and the other, respectively, a hollow rotation shaft which is inserted into the container and through which vapor is conducted, plural pieces of feed blades attached to the rotation shaft, and a vapor exhaust nozzle. CONSTITUTION:On one of the end parts of a clyindrical container 1 of the heat treatment device, and the other, a granular body supply port 3 and a granular body discharge port 5 are provided, respectively, a steam supply piping 9 for supplying vapor to a hollow rotation shaft 2 is provided on the end face of the cylindrical container 1, and a piping 11 discharges condensed water, etc. On the hollow rotation shaft 2, supports 6 are provided vertically and radially, and to each of the supports 6, a feed blade 4 is attached through a fitting tool 21, and also, a steam injection nozzle 8 is provided. The feed blade 4 is a plate-like body attached to the hollow rotation shaft 2 by being inclined at an inclination angle theta, and feeds a granular body in the direction as indicated with an arrow P, while stirring and raising it. At the time of heat treatment for the granular body, an inclination angle thetaof the fed blades 4... is adjusted with in a range of 0 deg.-90 deg. in accordance with a purpose and a characteristic of the heat treatment for the granular body. |
