<p>PURPOSE:To perform the title picking with blow-off and joint phenomena prevented, through such processes that a jet loom is started and weft length- measuring device and a picking nozzle are actuated to make one-picking of weft, and warp is put to shutting while pulling the weft. CONSTITUTION:The one-picking control unit A of a jet loom is made up of a one-picking command unit 10 and a shutting control unit 20, and in this command unit 10, a weft W is fed from a yarn feed section W1 put to length measurement by a weft length-measuring device D, and then stored. Thence, a picking nozzle MN is actuated to make a one-picking of the weft W, and in response to the completion signal from the command unit 10, warp is put to shutting at the shutting control unit 20 while pulling the weft W by a weft- pulling device, thereby accomplishing the objective one-picking operation.</p> |
