<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the color filter which is free from crazing, peeling, etc., and is highly reliable with the simple process for production by using the photoconductor contg. a photoconductor layer consisting of a photoconductive high polymer and an acrylic high-polymer compd. CONSTITUTION:A motor liquid is prepd. by mixing polyvinyl carbazole, polycarbonate resin, etc., contg. thiapyrylium salt and triphenyl methane deriv., etc., as the photoconductor high polymer and monoacrylate, polyol polyacrylate, etc., as an acrylic oligomer and adding a thermosetting polymerizing agent thereto. The conductor layer consisting of a metallic thin film, etc., is then coated with the above-mentioned mother liquid and is dried. The coating is polymerized by thermal curing. Picture elements are thereafter formed by using red, green and blue toners. The filter which is free from the crazing, the film peeling and the swelling by solvents in process, such as exposing and developing, and is highly reliable is, therefore, obtd. with the simple process for production.</p> |
