A model generating means 4 outputs simulation model data SMD. An experience information retrieval means 3 performs the retrieval and extraction of experience information in each process in accordance with the simulation model data from the experience information from an experience information storage means 1. A statistical processing means 5 receives the experience information and the SMD in each process, and calculates the descriptive statistical quantity of the experience information in the process. A model validity discrimination means 7 performs discrimination for the validity of the simulation model based on discrimination condition information from a discrimination condition information storage means 6.
