PURPOSE:To readily obtain the title functional group-containing compound by reacting an organosilicon compound corresponding to the objective compound with an unsaturated compound in the presence of a catalyst of transition metal of group VIII, carbon monoxide and a fluoride ion source in an ether-based solvent. CONSTITUTION:A compound shown by formula I (R<1> to R<4> are substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, alkenyl, aryl or alkynyl, further R<2> to R<4> are alkoxy and at least one of R<2> to R<4> is halogen) is reacted with a compound shown by formula II (Y is eliminable group; R<5> to R<7> are alkoxycarbonyl, alkoxy, CN or acyl and R<5> and R<6> and R<5> and R<7> may form ring with C bonded) in the presence of a catalyst of transition metal of group VIII, carbon monoxide and a fluoride ion source in an ether-based solvent to give industrially and readily the objective compound shown by formula III (when R<1> is aryl, CR<5>R<7> can not be aryl) useful as an intermediate for drugs and agricultural chemicals. |
