PURPOSE:To mold a composite whose heat resistance is improved, by a method where in, a metallic coating layer is formed by a spraying method on the surface of an incombustible laminated material obtained by laminating and integrating ligneous veneers obtained by sticking an incombustible inorganic chemical compound to the inside of a cellular hole and/or an inner wall surface of the cellular hole of the ligneous veneer and both sides of the ligneous veneer. CONSTITUTION:Raw lumber is cut by a cutting device, an incombustible inorganic chemical compound is filled into or caused to adhere to or stuck to the inside of a cellular hole and/or an inner wall surface of the cellular hole of an obtained ligneous veneer and the incombustible inorganic chemical compound is stuck to or caused to adhere to both sides of the ligneous veneer also. Then the incombustibility-treated ligneous veneers are laminated in a plurality of sheets through an adhesive substance, then compressed, molded integrally and an incombustible laminated material is obtained. Furthermore, after a metal is sprayed to at least one surface of the incombus tible laminated material, the same is cooled, a metallic coating layer is provided and a composite is manufactured. It is preferable that spraying of the foregoing metal is performed under a state where a material temperature of the incombustible laminat ed material is at 40-100 deg.C. |
