PURPOSE:To provide a titled press machine which can surely and easily inspect the small ruggedness on the forming surfaces of both upper and lower dies by moving vertically at least either of upper and lower bolsters which support respectively the upper and lower dies and attaching and detaching repeatedly plural times the forming surfaces of both dies. CONSTITUTION:An upper bolster 5 which supports an upper die 6 via a ram 3 is attached to the piston rod 3 of a hydraulic cylinder 2 attached to the frame 1 of a press machine and is vertically moved by driving of a hydraulic pump 11 with respect to a lower bolster 7 which supports a lower die 8. A lifting selector valve 12 and a lifting speed selector 13 provided between said pump 11 and the cylinder 2 are controlled by an operating device 19 for setting provided with a device for applying vertical movement which is provided to a control box 18 to attach and detach repeatedly plural times the forming surfaces of the upper and lower dies 6, 8 at a low speed with low pressing force in the stage of spotting of the press machine constituted in the above-mentioned way. Even if the forming surfaces have small ruggedness, the presence or absence of such ruggedness is surely and easily inspected. |
