PURPOSE:To obtain a composite whose heat resistance and water resistance are favourable, by a method wherein a metallic coating layer is formed by spraying on the surface of a base obtained by laminating and integrating ligneous veneers to which an incombustible inorganic chemical compound is stuck with an adhesive substance into which the incombustible inorganic chemical compound is mixed. CONSTITUTION:Raw lumber is cut by a cutting device, an incombustible in organic chemical compound is filled into or caused to adhere to or stuck to the inside of a cellular hole and/or an inner wall surface of the cellular hole of an obtained ligneous veneer and the incombustible inorganic chemical com pound is stuck to or caused to adhere to both sides of the ligneous veneer also. A plurality of sheets of the incombustibility-treated ligneous veneers are laminated through an adhesive substance to which incombustible inorganic chemical compound is compounded, then the same is compressed, molded integral ly and an incombustible laminated material is obtained. Then after spraying of a metal to at least one side of the incombustible laminated material, the same is cooled, a metallic coating layer is formed and a composite is manufac tured. |
