PURPOSE:To shorten the initializing time for plural arithmetic processors by using the scan paths to initialize these arithmetic processors all at once. CONSTITUTION:The arithmetic processing means 3 - 6 are arbitrated by a system control means 1 and have accesses to a main storage means 2. A diagnostic means 8 uses the scan-in signals 109, 111, 113 and 115 and the scan-out signals 110, 112, 114 and 116 to read out the data on the flip-flops of the means 3 - 6 and sets the new data. For this purpose, the clock signals 105 - 108 are supplied from a clock control means 7 and then controlled by the device selection signals 117 - 120 given from the means 8. Thus the scan-in data applied to the means 3 - 6 are simultaneously set at zero the scan paths of the means 3 - 6 are simultaneously actuated. As a result, the initializing time is shortened for the means 3 - 6. |
