PURPOSE:To improve operability for service ordering by generating an operation manual matching with the skill of an operator, and automatizing a call issuing procedure for an unspecified destination. CONSTITUTION:This facsimile store and forward switching device 1 is equipped with a system control part 2, disk control parts 3, 4, a floppy disk device 5, hard disk devices 6, 7, communication control equipment 8, and ISDN communication control parts ICCU1-ICCUn. The operation manual in which system information is assembled is outputted corresponding to a requirement for the operation manual from a communication terminal, and also, a stored call issuing procedure is executed sequentially when a call is issued to a destination by which a service requirement content form the communication terminal is executed, and the call issuing procedure in which call connection with the destination is established is stored hereinafter. In such a manner, it is possible to perform a service requirement in a short time and by a simple operation and surely. |
