<p>PURPOSE:To discriminate a jig and pallet, by comparing a jig with the last jig of the fitting order of each pallet of a 2nd memory means with its retrieval from a 1st memory means and displaying it with its allocation to the pallet thereof the 2nd memory means in the case of both jig names being coincident. CONSTITUTION:With regard to work parts AAA and work part number 1 for example, a retrieving means 4 retrieves the name of the jig to which this work part is fitted from the jig master file of a 1st memory means 3. In the case of the jig name being changed to YYY, a comparing means 6 goes comparing the jig name YYY with the jig fitted last of the fitting order on each pallet of the work jig file of a 2nd memory means 5 on each pallet and the pallet coincident with the jig name is found. In the case of the jig name YYY and the last jig name of the fitting order of the pallet being coincident, an allocation means 7 allocates the pallet number thereof of the work jig file, the jig name to the setting jig which is the specific place of the fitting order of a pallet number 1003 for instance and it is displayed by a display means 8.</p> |
