A gp. of opt. linked components (34,38') has two connecting elements enabling rotary linkage connection with rotation about a vertical axis. The component combination is connected to an equipment mounting component (1) and with an attachment component (30) via. rotary linkages which also permit rotation about a vertical axis. The connecting elements to the mounting and attachment components are cylindrical. The gp. of components contains a horizontal pivot arm (34) and a height adjustable pivot arm which, maintains its position wihtout additional externally operated locking devices.
