The seraper has a metal support bar (3) of T-section, whose base surface bears against the underside of the top (2) of a cover housing near the forward edge (2b), to which it is joined. A seraple (4) of elastic material fits over the bar, having two internal holding protrusions (5,6) engaging behind the ribs (3b,3c) of the bar. The thickness of the protrusious increases from the outside to the inside, and that of the ribs decreases correspondingly. The part of the seraple, bearing against the bar underside (3d), has recesses (7) for coupling the latter to the housing. Thus the protrusions are clamped between the ribs and the housing top
