PURPOSE:To prevent breaking-off by placing a backup material with plural holes of which diameter on the upper surface is smaller than one on the bottom surface formed on a ring-shaped metallic plate, layering a clutch facing member on the backup material, and heat-compressing to wedge the facing member. CONSTITUTION:Plural holes 4 of which diameter on the upper surface is smaller than one on the bottom surface are formed in a backup material 2 which is placed on a ring-shaped metallic plate. Besides a clutch facing member 3 is placed on the backup material 2 to be formed with heat-compression. At this time, the facing member 3 flows into the holes 4 of the backup material 2 and is hardened in a wedge shape, thus it is possible to prevent the facing member 3 from breaking-off the backup material 2. |
