PURPOSE:To simply and quickly obtain a delicious scallop steamed with liquor by cleaning, sterilizing and boiling scallop with shell thereof, cutting off meat of scallop, cleaning the meat with running water, draining, freezing, and thawing the meat and dipping in a seasoning and again draining, and then packaging, and storing the packaged meat in a refrigerator. CONSTITUTION:Scallop with shell thereof is cleaned, sterilized and boiled and the meat of Scallop is cut off and cleaned with running water to remove unnecessary material, then drained, frozen and naturally thawed. The thawed scallop is dipped in a seasoning liquid, drained, frozen, and packaged and stored in a refrigerator to provide scallop steamed with liquor. |
