<p>PURPOSE:To realize the general purpose and effective application of the title adjusting mechanism by a method wherein a mechanism part composed of a centering bit and an adjusting bit is driven in the state of a substrate fixed on Z stage and XY stage proviously provided so as to perform the trimmer axle centering process. CONSTITUTION:A mechanism part composed of an adjusting bit 2 and a centering bit 1 is lowered by a Z stage 4 down to a trimmer 9 on a substrate 5 so that the mechanism part may be centered using the following force after the trimmer 9 as soon as the oblique surface of a conical hole of the bit 2 hits respective contours of the trimmer 9. At this time, the substrate 5 mounting the trimmer 9 is fixed on a stage 8 further to be fixed on the other stage XY by the following force of the bit 1 after the trimmer 9 simultaneously the trimmer 9 is centered by the smooth shifting of the stage 6 in XY direction. Furthermore, the bit 2 is adjusted by turning the trimmer 9 along a trimmer adjusting groove 10 centered by the bit 1 through the intermediary of an universal joint 7, etc. Through these procedures, the general purpose and effective application of the title trimmer adjusting mechanism can be realized.</p> |
