PURPOSE:To enable curing in a simple facility by a method wherein a truck on which a coil of an electrical machinery and apparatus is held rotatably on a plurality of rollers is introduced into a furnace, a driving source for turning the rollers is positioned outside the furnace and the truck and the driving source are connected by a roller and a flexible shaft. CONSTITUTION:The driving roller 2 receiving a material to be treated 1 and the receiving roller 3 are disposed onto a base 5, on which wheels 6 are mounted, by bearing stands 4. The truck is introduced into the general heating furnace 7, and the rotatory source 8 for drive is positioned outside the furnace and connected to the driving roller 2 by the flexible shaft 9. The material to be treated 1 such as a coil with a shape approximately close to a circle, such as a stator core, into which the coil of the rotary electrical machinery and apparatus is incorporated, a transformer coil unit, etc. is placed on the rollers 3, 4 directly or in a form that it is fitted to a jig, and turned and cured after resin is impregnated. Accordingly, resin impregnated to the coil of the electrical machinery and apparatus can safely be rotated and cured by the simple device, and the device can correspond to multikind and small quantity production. |
