PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of color slippage by making the speed where the endless belt of an endless holding belt assembling body runs slower than the speed where a recording paper is carried by means of a recording paper carrying mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Toner recording units 16Y, 16M, 16C, and 16K form electrified toner images of different colors. The recording paper carrying mechanism 10 carries a recording paper P, on which the electrified toner images of the different colors are transferred, by passing the recording paper P through the toner recording units 16Y, 16M, 16C, and 16K in that order. The endless holding belt assembling body 20 is incorporated in the recording paper carrying mechanism 10 in order to keep the recording paper P horizontal. The speed where the endless belt 20c of the endless holding belt assembling body 20 runs is set in such a manner that it is lower than the speed at which the recording paper P is carried by the recording paper carrying mechanism 10. Thus, the recording paper P has the tension, and high quality color recording free of color slippage can be performed. |
