PURPOSE:To ensure sufficient intake of outer air even when velocity of outer air stream generated in parallel to a vent gill is very high by inclining partition fins at a prescribed angle in reversed directions around a center of the vent grill with respect to the right angle direction to a vehicle travelling direction. CONSTITUTION:An outer air intake grill 11 is formed in a rectangle which is longer in a vehicle travelling direction, and its opening is partitioned at the same intervals by a plurality of partition fins 12 arranged in a plane vertical to the vehicle travelling direction. The fins 12 are inclined at an angle theta in the right and left directions around the center of the fins 12. Next, outer air stream generated by the vehicle travelling in the reversed direction to the vehicle travelling direction, at the left part of the grill 11, flows smoothly into the grill 11, but at the right part, first collides against the fins 12 and then flows inside. In this constitution, as the fins 12 is inclined at the angle theta in reversed directions aroung the center, the result is also effective if the vehicle travelling direction is reversed. |
