In a circulator evaporator sepn. heating and prod. collection chambers are divided by vertical sheet metal panels. Additional vapour sepn. tube is contrally incorporated which reaches from the upper area down to the heating chamber where it is closed. This is further subdivided into chambers by the metal panels which have height-transposed apertures connecting to the heating chambers. Free cross section of the vapour apertures and free cross section from the upper edge of the central vapour tube to the top of the unit is 1.3-1.7 times that of the free cross section of the respective vapour tube chamber. USE/ADVANTAGE - The evaporator can be used to concentrate water pressed from fish. Arrangement results in low vapour pressure loss and requires only a small space. Separator chambers have no projections, have a high sepn. efficiency and produce high quality condensate. Central vapour tube is easy to remove and clean.
