摘要 PURPOSE:To selectively and efficiently remove ammonium ion in seawater by the adsorbent by incorporating an ion-exchangeable alkali metal ion in the molar ratio of 0.05-3 to Al2O3 into the adsorbent contg. a 2.5-25 molar ratio of SiO2 and Al2O3. CONSTITUTION:An ion-exchangeable alkali metal ion is incorporated in the molar ratio of 0.05-3 to Al2O3 into the adsorbent contg. a 2.5-25 molar ratio of SiO2 and Al2O3 to obtain the desired selective adsorbent for ammonium ion. The aluminum salt or aluminate and silicate in which the molar ratio of SiO2 to Al2O3 is controlled to 2-20 are dripped into water in an alkaline region at pH8-12, the liq. reactant is then adjusted to pH 4-9 by an acidic soln. to deposit the desired material, and the deposit is separated and dried to obtain the desired material. The material is appropriately calcined at 15-400 deg.C to obtain a better material.
