A method for preparing aminobenzoic acid derivative of formula (I) comprises reacting an organic salt of 2-aminobenzoic acid of formula (II) with an organic salt of 2,4-dichlorobenzoic acid of formula (III) in dimethylformamide in the presence of Cu, I2 and K2CO3. In the formulas, B1 and B2 eac = triethylamine, N,N'- diisopropylethylamine, 4-N,N'-dimethylamino pyridine, 1,1,3,3- tetramethyl guanidine. Cpd. (I) is useful for treating liver diseases, articular rheumatism and immune disorders.
