<p>PURPOSE:To attain efficient use of a resource under the condition of constant call loss quality independently of a traffic fluctuation by selecting a route between outgoing and incoming nodes based on a call request band and the working quantity of resource of the transmission line. CONSTITUTION:When a node 17 receives a call request from a terminal equipment 42, an object route satisfying a transmission reception band requested by an outgoing terminal equipment is decided in 2-way route tying between nodes 17 and 19. In this case, the outgoing node discriminates whether or not a request band is satisfied by all links through which each object route passes through based on the link resource working information possessed by each node. When one object route satisfied by the request band exists, the route is selected. when no object exists, it is regarded as a call loss and when plural object routes exist, the request band and a threshold level are compared and a route is selected in response to the priority. Thus, the efficient resource assignment is attained.</p> |
