AUTOMATED INSTALATION FOR MEASURING AND SORTING IN FLOW

The invention concerns a flow measuring and sorting automatic installation of parquetry strips within an established range of specific dimensions. The parquetry strips, aligned to specialized devices, are carried on a belt conveyor with two sections: one for raw sorting through electromechanical means and the other one for fine sorting through electronic means. A programming electronic system controls the depositing of the strips into the appropriate bins in accordance with the established specific dimensions using a bi-directional electropneumatic thrower whose functioning is based upon preestablished sorting criteria.
