<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an ideal purifying tank by changing the shape of a contact material packed as a hotbed of bacteria corresponding to the concn. change of BOD shown by the liquid in the purifying tank. CONSTITUTION:Hotbeds of bacteria purifying sewage 2 by decomposing and taking in the org. matter in the sewage 2 are packed with various contact materials 9, 10, 11 within respective aeration chambers so as to reduce the sizes thereof corresponding to the concn. of BOD of the liquid in a purifying tank. The sewage 2 taken in the purifying tank from the inflow port 1 thereof is purified in the primary, secondary and tertiary aeration chambers 6, 7, 8 through primary and secondary putrefying (separating) chambers 3, 4 and a flow rate control tank 5 to be discharged as purified water through a treatment chamber.</p> |
