CONSTITUTION:As for a reader tape 7 having a cleaning effect, its surface is rough, and its coefficient of friction is large. As for a part 14 for hooking the reader tape by a reel hub and a clamper 10, by a tape hooking device, printing or coating is executed, or a surface 7b is scraped.
