PURPOSE:To facilitate small turning control operation by providing a first means for switching a front wheel change gear mechanism to a front wheel accelerating condition, and a second means for manually switching the front wheel change gear mechanism to a condition where switching operation is possible, and to a condition where switching to the front wheel accelerating condition is impossible. CONSTITUTION:The controlling of a front wheel 5 for control by not less than a preset angle is detected by a means 12. The front wheel 5 is gear-changed by as mechanism 6 to a standard running condition where each circumferential speed of the front wheel 5 and of a rear wheel 3 are of the same, and to a front wheel accelerating condition where the circumferential speed of the front wheel 5 is higher than that of the rear wheel 3. The mechanism 6 is switched to the front wheel accelerating condition by a first means 8 based on the detection result of the means 12. An actuator 17 for side brake on the inner side of turning is driven by a means A based on the operational vibration of the front wheel 5. The mechanism 6 is manually switched to a condition where the abovementioned switching operation is possible, and to a condition where the switching to a front wheel accelerating condition is impossible, by a second means 25.
