<p>The present invention relates to a system and a method for a web service based on direct communications between browsers. Provided is a terminal device comprising: a communications unit to perform communications through a communications network; a storage unit to store a web service synchronization application; and a browser processing unit to search for terminal devices connected through short-range communications when a specific web service is executed through the web service synchronization application after driving a browser, to receive a response to whether the web service can be executed by transmitting a web service execution request signal including specific web service identification information to the searched terminal devices, to update a screen of the web service to display a list of counterpart terminal devices which transmitted the response to whether the web service can be executed, to apply a user event to the updated screen of the web service when the user event is inputted to the updated screen of the web service, to generate web document-related information by the user event, and to transmit the web document-related information to the counterpart terminal devices to synchronize the currently displayed screen of the web service.</p> |
