发明名称 INSULATION GAS ENCAPSULATING METHOD FOR ELECTRICAL MACHINERY
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To ensure sufficient insulation performance with minimum necessary amount of insulating gas by blowing a gaseous insulating medium into a liquid insulating medium thereby producing countless bubbles and then filling the circumference of the live part of an electrical machinery with thus produced bubbles. CONSTITUTION:When insulating gas 1 is blown into a liquid insulating medium 3 from the outside, countless bubbles 4 are produced from the tip of a tube 2. The bubbles 4 are then fed through an upper piping 12 into the tank 10 of an electrical machinery so that the circumference of the live part 5 of the electrical machinery is filled with the bubbles. When excessive bubbles 4 flow over a discharge valve 7, a charging valve 6 and the discharge valve 7 are closed. Upon elapse of a predetermined time, the bubbles 4 collapse spontaneously leaving only bubbles 4 encapsulating the insulating gas 1 around the live part 5 of the electrical machinery and leaving the liquid insulating medium 3 at the bottom of the tank 10.</p>
