摘要

Compact semiconductor laser of the type with pumping by electron bombardment effected by an array (23) of microtip cathodes. The semiconductor (10) of the direct gap type is supported by an electrode (50) and held facing the matrix (23). Focusing screens (44, 46) make it possible to focus the electron bombardment onto a strip of the semiconductor surface. The whole is kept in an enclosure (34) under a secondary vacuum.
