A hydraulic calcium phosphate cement composition contains as main ingredients powders of calcium tertiary phosphate and calcium secondary phosphate with a molar ratio of Ca/P of 1.400 to 1.498. The calcium tertiary phosphate contains alpha -type calcium tertiary phosphate and beta -type calcium tertiary phosphate. The cement composition may contain a hardening liquid including water.
